Customizing Maximum Storage Period

The OVOC's Server Call Storage page allows operators whose security level is configured as ‘System’ to customize the maximum number of days call-related information will be stored on the Live Platform server before it is cleared.

These settings are Global for the Live Platform instance. You must also configure Storage settings at the Tenant level as the Storage template does not include default values for these parameters. See Configuring Tenant Call Storage.

To customize the maximum storage period:
1. Access the Global scope (see Accessing Scopes).
2. Open the Calls Storage page (System > Configuration > Templates > Calls Storage) and then click the Max Storage Period (Days) tab.

Calls are checked daily and cleared from the Live Platform server based on the values you configure.
Default: 365 days (the maximum number of days call-related information can be stored on the Live Platform server before it's cleared)
Range: 1 day - 365 days
3. Drag and drop the sliders to the maximum number of days you require all calls to be stored on the server before they're cleared. Use the table below as a reference.
